Payment
A 50% deposit is required when an order is placed; final payment must be
received prior to shipment.
You may pay by major credit card by clicking the Buy Now button next to
the chair or chairs of your choice.
Money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks are also welcome.
(Personal
checks are held for 10 days prior to shipment.)
Packing
Each chair is sealed in plastic, wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed with foam
peanuts to thoroughly protect it during shipment. When possible, two chairs
may
be packed together in one box.
A $25 packing charge is added to the price of each chair.
Shipping
Deliveries within 150 miles of San Antonio, TX are free of charge.
Shipping of one chair to other Texas destinations (such as Dallas, Houston,
Midland, El Paso, Amarillo) is estimated at approximately $150 to $175.
Shipping of one chair to destinations such as Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles,
Seattle or New York is estimated at approximately $200 to $225.
Actual shipping charges may vary depending upon destination, quantity,
chair/table style, etc.

Warranty
Each chair and table is warranted against defects in material and/or
workmanship for the life of the chair. Should the chair fail structurally,
simply return it to me and I will repair or replace it (at my discretion).
You
pay to ship it to me; I pay to ship it back to you.
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by abuse.
